JAKKS Pacific(R) Expands Nickelodeon TV Games(TM) Offering to Include GAMEKEY(TM) Expansion Pack

MALIBU, Calif., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAKK) announced today an expanded licensing agreement with Nickelodeon to offer the brand new TV Games(TM) GAMEKEY(TM) expansion pack based on Nickelodeon(R) titles for the TV Games(TM) brand. This agreement is an amendment to the Nickelodeon TV Games license and will include all the properties in Nickelodeon's current library, as well as any properties that may be developed during the term of the deal.

The Plug it in & Play TV Games(TM) products are gaming systems that contain multiple games in one single controller and plug directly into the A/V jacks of any standard television. The TV Games GAMEKEY expansion pack is the next-generation innovation for the award-winning TV Games product line by offering users the opportunity to add additional games made specifically for their favorite TV Games controllers, and will cost significantly less than the price of a TV Games unit.
