New Unit Will Focus on Delivering Software and Automation Services to Employee Benefits Agencies and Brokers

WINDSOR, Conn., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Looking to capitalize on their industry expertise and knowledge, Vertafore, Inc. announced today the official launch of Vertafore Benefits, a new division that will provide software and automation services to employee benefits agencies and brokerage firms across the country.

Vertafore Benefits becomes the fifth operating unit of Vertafore, Inc., the largest application service provider (ASP) in the insurance industry. The Windsor, CT-based company supports over 15,000 agencies representing over 120,000 end users.

Vertafore Benefits will be based in New Port Ritchey, FL and be headed by S. Stuart Spector, who was recently appointed vice president and general manager.
