SHANGHAI, China, Jan. 24 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (NASDAQ:SNDA), the largest operator of online games in China, will announce its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 and the full year 2004 on Thursday, February 3, 2005 after the close of the New York Stock Exchange, corresponding with Friday morning, February 4, 2005 in the Beijing/Hong Kong time zone.

On February 3rd, Shanda's management team will host a conference call at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, corresponding with February 4, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time, to present an overview of the company's financial performance and business operations.
