MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sand Hill IT Security Acquisition Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: SHQC) announced today that for personal reasons, Cary M. Grossman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective January 10, 2005. Mr. Grossman will continue to serve as a Director of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Keith A. Walz, President, to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer effective January 12, 2005.
