PROVO, Utah, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Makau Corporation and Keystone Learning Systems agreed to resolve their disputes and to a mutual dismissal of claims and counterclaims in a lawsuit between them. The settlement remains subject to court approval, but no problems are anticipated in obtaining that approval. Under the settlement, Makau will have rights to sell certain Keystone products until October 31, 2005 and has agreed to pay undisclosed licensing fees to Keystone. With the agreement between Makau and Keystone, customers will be able to purchase products with confidence that they will receive support from both companies.
