D-Link to Distribute Pure Networks' Network Magic With Its Home Networking Products

D-Link is First Manufacturer to be Certified as 'Network Magic Optimized'

SEATTLE and FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Networks, Inc., the leading creator of home networking software and services, and D-Link, the global leader in consumer network connectivity, today announced that D-Link consumer home networking products will distribute a bundled trial version of Network Magic(TM), the only all-in-one home networking software solution that creates a virtual map of a home network and attached peripherals, automatically sets up Windows networking features, and delivers an effortless way to share printers, files, pictures and more at home and via remote access through the Internet.

Beginning in the second quarter of 2005, D-Link will distribute Network Magic with selected consumer networking devices. Upon installation of the D-Link software, Network Magic can be easily installed on each consumer's PC alongside D-Link's PC software.
