TUOLUMNE, Calif., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians and Black Oak Casino celebrate yet another milestone with the Family Entertainment Floor now open to the public.

The festivities commenced Monday evening when the first escalator in Tuolumne County was put in motion to carry Tribal Members down to Black Oak Lanes, a 24-Lane state-of-the-art Brunswick Bowling Center. To launch the excitement, 24 Tribal Members were selected to roll the first bowling ball down each lane all at once. When the pins dropped, the celebration began.

The family entertainment floor features 53,000 square feet of fun for families and other fun-minded guests. Black Oak Lanes is equipped with a pro shop and locker room and features cosmic bowling on Friday and Saturday nights with music and specialized lighting. Families and friends can gather for special celebrations with bowling party packages. Instruction from the Pro Shop and leagues are available. Contact the Black Oak Lanes Pro Shop to inquire about holding your league finals at Black Oak Lanes.

Kids and adults alike can enjoy popular interactive video and redemption games spread out over 3,200 square feet in The Underground Arcade. Redemption games are featured for the younger players.

Kingpins is a counter-service casual family fun dining restaurant, that seats approximately 120 persons and serves quality burgers, pizza and other tasty entrees. It is the perfect location for kids' birthday parties.

The Mill Sports Bar offers casual dining with unique menu and sports memorabilia to help create an active, fun, dining experience. This bar features a large-scale video wall and interactive games area. Guests under 21 accompanied by a parent or adult are welcome in The Mill Sports Bar until 8pm on weeknights and 10 pm on weekends and holidays. There are extended late night hours for adult guests over 21 on weekends.

The Me-Wuk Tribe's mission is to provide a unique entertainment center that focuses on the complete family fun experience. This Family Entertainment Floor focuses on fun and safety with surveillance of all areas inside and outside. EMT's and First Responders are always on site at Black Oak Casino for emergency medical response.

Black Oak Casino management and the Tribe are dedicated to creating policies to establish responsible curfews to avoid late night issues with underage guests.

While the official grand opening celebration of Phase II at Black Oak Casino is not scheduled until Monday, March 7, 2005, Black Oak Casino and the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians are inviting guests to try out the new state-of-the-art facility.

In addition to the Family Entertainment Floor, the Main Gaming Floor is also open to the public featuring 940 slot machines, 24 table games, a 24-hour buffet/café, a non-smoking gaming area with a non-smoking bar, an entertainment lounge featuring live music and dancing, and the Players Club.

Scheduled to open in a few weeks is the Gift Basket, the Casino retail gift shop featuring casino logo and Native American merchandise. Also in February, the third floor will open and feature Seven Sisters, a signature restaurant planned to seat approximately 80 guests.
