TOM Online to Make Strategic Transaction Announcement

NEW YORK, Dec. 16 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TOM Online Inc. (Nasdaq: TOMO; HK GEM stock code: 8282) will announce a strategic transaction on December 17 at 16:30 Hong Kong Time (03.00 U.S. Eastern Time).

An analyst conference will be hosted at Harbour Room, Island Shangri-la Hotel, 56/F, One Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong at 16.30 (Hong Kong Time) on December 17, followed by a media conference at 17.30.
