TelSpan, Inc. Appoints Dan Keller and Garry O'Connor as New Directors

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- J. Bruce Laughrey, Chairman of TelSpan, Inc., a worldwide provider of TeleConferencing and WebConferencing services, announced at the company's annual luncheon in December the appointment of two new directors -- Dan Keller, Director of Quality Assurance, and Garry O'Connor, Director of Operations.

Mr. Keller will be tasked with the company-wide responsibility of assuring quality in all areas of service and customer care. Mr. Keller came to TelSpan in 1997 serving as Sales Manager and located out of TelSpan's Indianapolis Corporate Headquarters. While in this position he increased sales by 200%. In April of 2000 Mr. Keller was promoted to Manager of Client Quality Care and relocated to TelSpan's Phoenix, AZ Office where in this role he focused on service quality, product delivery and client communication. In his new role as Director of Quality Assurance, Mr. Keller will oversee all facets of internal and external service excellence and client service satisfaction. With TelSpan's continued growth in the area of event management, the Quality Assurance Team will be working proactively to continue to provide a level of high-touch quality services to all of our clients.

Mr. O'Connor will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and enhancing the operations of TelSpan's Technical Operations, Operator Services and WebServices departments. Mr. O'Connor has been serving as Manager of the Technical Operations Department since December, 2000. In that role he has overcome many unique challenges to provide quality service to our clients and has initiated many strategies to minimize the risk of outages, to solve sound clarity issues and to proactively address any other occurrence that could impact a conference. In his new position as Director of Operations, Mr. O'Connor will also be responsible for directing the operations of our Operator Services and WebConferencing Services departments. Both these departments work directly with the telecommunications equipment and the client to maintain a quality product and excellent service delivery.
