Joe Uniejewski, chief technology officer at RSA Security, was recently named to VARBusiness's Top 50 Technology Innovators for 2004. eWeek Labs analysts named RSA SecurID(R) for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) to Top Products of 2004 as one of the ten technologies that were most impressive during labs tests this year. In addition, Information Security magazine also named the RSA SecurID(R) two factor authentication solution as its "Product of the Year" in the authentication category.

Uniejewski is an instrumental figure in driving RSA Security's vision for identity and access management. Under his direction, the company has developed and launched RSA SecurID for Microsoft Windows, RSA(R) Federated Identity Manager and RSA(R) Sign-On Manager solutions. Uniejewski also oversees RSA Laboratories, the research center for RSA Security which in 2004 has developed cutting-edge RSA(R) Blocker Tag technology for securing radio frequency identification (RFID) implementations, and forged new initiatives to help in the battle against phishing.
