Today, Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) launched an upgraded version of its www.harrahs.com Web site. The new site is designed as an easy-to-use, convenient resource for Harrah's customers to book hotel rooms, check event calendars at Harrah's casinos, redeem special offers or review their Total Rewards account balances.

New features of harrahs.com include improved design and navigation; a redesigned Total Rewards section, including a catalog of merchandise customers can browse online; a streamlined process for reserving hotel rooms online; expanded reservation search tools, including an option to search for airfare and hotel packages; and photos of hotel rooms and more detailed room descriptions.
