CSC Signs Memorandum of Understanding With General Dynamics With Potential Value of $1.6 Billion
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC) announced today it has signed a memorandum of understanding to extend CSC's information technology (IT) outsourcing contracts with General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) business units for a period of 7.25 years. CSC estimates the value of the extensions to be approximately $1.6 billion as definitive agreements are signed.
