NEW YORK, December 21/PRNewswire/ -- Complinet Inc announces the launch of an enhanced NASD Manual online
hosting service on behalf of NASD. Complinet has worked closely with NASD to
create an improved offering for NASD-regulated firms with Complinet's

This newly-hosted solution goes live on December 20th, 2004 and
demonstrates Complinet's specialist understanding of regulatory content
management and delivery. The service constructed by Complinet and NASD
facilitates browsing, searching and viewing required content, as well as
offering the capacity to view future versions of the rules. Premium benefits
for users include the ability to view associated material via links, bookmark
individual rules for easy access, and gain quick access to recent rule
updates.


This project follows on from similar efforts completed for other
regulators such as the Financial Services Authority in the UK. This launch
follows the recent highly successful release of Complinet's Regulatory
Assistant, a service delivering regulatory news and rules seamlessly through
