AT&T Declares Quarterly Dividend

BEDMINSTER, N.J., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AT&T's Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of $0.2375 (23.75 cents) per share, payable February 1, 2005, to AT&T common shareowners of record on December 31, 2004.

The common share dividends will go to about 2.7 million shareowners.
