NEW YORK, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harold McGraw III, chairman, president and CEO of The McGraw-Hill Companies (NYSE:MHP), will discuss prospects for the Corporation at an investor conference during the media industry week in New York City. The presentation, entitled "Outlook 2005," may include forward-looking information.

On Tuesday, December 7, 2004, Mr. McGraw will address the UBS Warburg 32nd Annual Media Week Conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. He is scheduled to speak from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST).
