McClatchy Declares Fourth Quarter 2004 Dividend

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The McClatchy Company (NYSE:MNI) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share. The fourth quarter dividend is payable January 3, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2004.
