Noted Philadelphia lawyer handled similar case in Philadelphia resulting in $1 million-plus settlement for injured West Point Cadet

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Robert J. "Railing collapses at concerts occur because they've either been: improperly designed, poorly maintained, or due to a lack of or lax security personnel."

He said the most recent tragedy appears almost identical to what occurred in 1998 at Philadelphia's Veteran's Stadium (long demolished) during the Army-Navy Game when a cadet almost died in that disaster.
