ELIZABETH, N.J., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Is there such a thing as a "natural hit" in series television? If only it were that easy! Actress Rhea Seehorn gives a glimpse into the work that goes into creating each episode of Better Call Saul--the critically acclaimed "pre-quel" to Breaking Bad that is heading into its third season on AMC--in an intimate cover Q&A for the magazine's Natural Geographic issue.

"On set, everything is meticulously crafted before we receive the script," the veteran actress tells editor-at-large Tracey Smith. "Every single thing you need is there to craft your character...I have the pleasure of letting the rest of it be shaped by my awesome directors and scene partners."
The interview with Seehorn highlights an issue devoted to summer reading.
Many of the stories in the Natural Geographic issue are themed around the splendid attributes of the Garden State, including the never-ending stream of talent it produces. Michelle Charlesworth of Princeton, a familiar face to ABC-7 and Good Morning America viewers, talks about her road to the top of the news business, as well as her very public battle with skin cancer.
Five more high-achieving New Jerseyans are interviewed in "Home Grown" by Gerry Strauss, including fashion blogger Alyssa Campanella, cabaret star Stearns Matthews, MMA fighter Daria Berenato and children's author Margaret Gurevich. The late Christina Grimmie is also featured in one of her final magazine interviews.
Naturally, the great outdoors gets its due in the summer issue...with the customary EDGE twist.
"A Place In the Sun" evaluates the state of solar energy in New Jersey, while the upcoming PGA Championship at Baltusrol is celebrated in words ("Swing Shift" by Steve Foehl) and fashion ("Green Energy" by Nadine Raphael). The infamous Jersey Shore shark attacks of 1916 are revisited a century later by author Richard Fernicola.
This issue also includes a review by Andy Clurfeld of the Old Bridge eatery. Take a wild ride through the medieval family tree of EDGE editor Mark Stewart. The What's Up Doc? Section of the magazine offers breaking news and expert views on a new autism study and the Zika virus.
