Simulmedia has established a market-leading position in Tune-in advertising because of its unique ability to plan and activate data-driven TV campaigns for broadcasters designed to reach the most profitable audience segments quickly and efficiently. Using its VAMOS platform, Simulmedia targets audiences across all of television (as opposed to placing spots in specific programs), and then measures the subsequent behavior of those exposed to the advertising.
"I have worked with Simulmedia and seen first-hand their ability to drive the kind of results that TV marketers need," said Ms. Bernard. "I am energized by the opportunity to help expand Simulmedia's footprint in Hollywood, where all entertainment marketers are beset by the challenge of finding audiences quickly, efficiently and at scale, and driving those audiences to take an action."
Ms. Bernard will report to Michael Zimbalist, Chief Marketing Officer of Simulmedia who said: "We are thrilled to have Laurel join our growing Los Angeles team. Her industry knowledge, expertise, drive and enthusiasm will be invaluable as we expand our marketing solutions for entertainment advertisers in tune-in, home entertainment, theatrical and beyond."
Ms. Bernard is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and on the Board of Directors for PromaxBDA.
