Stonestreet Studios Shooting Two New Pilots In Los Angeles January 4-22, 2016

NEW YORK, Jan. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Stonestreet Studios (www.stonestreet.net) co-founders, Alyssa R. Bennett and Gary O. Bennett, announced today that Stonestreet Studios is returning to LA in January 2016 for its second year. Working in collaboration with writer/director Chris Modoono, and co-writer/alumnus, Gil Zabarsky, Stonestreet is producing two original pilot series with a group of up and coming New York actors and some TBA LA based actors in cameo roles.

Stonestreet Studios co-produced Teacher of the Year, the first project that writers Chris Modoono and Gil Zabarsky collaborated on, earning the short's screening at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival. The success of the short was the springboard for Fox Digital to produce the feature film, Tenured, starring Kate Flannery, Gil Zabarsky, & Kathleen Littlefield. Tenured also premiered at TriBeCa Film Festival this past year, and will be available on Netflix February 1st. With more projects in the works, Modoono & Zabarsky are taking the month of January to pen and pursue two pilot projects, Showception and TheLaw Offices on Haunted Hill to be shot at Tribeca West and in a Venice, CA beach house.
