NYLON Announces Another Month Of Record Growth, Adds Five Positions to Growing Digital, Video Divisions

NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NYLON set another traffic record in September with 4.2 million organic unique visitors to nylon.com, up from 500,000 just one year ago. The company is also expanding its team with the addition of five new positions. The iconic brand has hired a creative director of TV and video, a creative video consultant, a digital account executive, a social media director, and editorial assistant.

Effective immediately, Ryland McIntyre has been named creative director, TV and video at NYLON. McIntyre will manage content and production for NYLON's cornerstone video and TV divisions. He reports to Paul Greenberg, CEO of NYLON.


McIntyre comes to NYLON from an extensive term in freelance production, working with clients including Time Warner Cable Business Class, Color Me Rad, Food and Wine, Saveur Magazine and more. He also has served as a Producer and Director at Rock Abond in Guilin, Guangxi, China as well as a Production Coordinator and Intern with DC's Third Story Films, with whom he frequently collaborated with during his freelance period.

Vince Peone has been named creative consultant for video at NYLON.

Peone is a seasoned director, producer, writer and performer. He has most recently directed three episodes for the new hit TV comedy "Adam Ruins Everything," airing on Tru TV. He has worked as a director/producer at CollegeHumor for seven years, as well as has directed and produced multiple TV commercials. His proven track record with big name talent and consumer engagement has enabled him to work consistently with brands such as Vitamin Water, Comedy Central, Geico, Vonage and more.

Allison Stock has been named digital account executive. Her appointment is effective immediately. Stock will be handling digital ad sales for NYLON. She reports to Sean Cullinane, chief revenue officer of NYLON.

Stock comes to NYLON having served as an Account Executive at Crisp Media, where she focused on mobile advertising. Prior to her work at Crisp, she spent two and a half plus years at Disney ABC, as well as one and a half plus years at FOX in sales.

Tile Wolfe has been named social media director. Her appointment is effective October 26, 2015. Wolfe will be managing all social platforms while additionally exploring new initiatives in brand integration and emerging social networks. She reports to Leila Brillson, VP of digital at NYLON.

Wolfe comes to NYLON with four years of experience in social media for AllOut.org where she concentrated on growing the online community worldwide total across three platforms.

Sydney Gore has been named editorial assistant. Her appointment is effective immediately. Gore will help instill NYLON's editorial DNA from the ground up. She also reports to Brillson.

Gore comes to NYLON with extensive freelance writing experience for digital and print outlets including Complex's Pigeons and Planes, and The FADER. While having interned with Refinery29 in talent relations, Gore most recently served as a digital editorial intern at NYLON.
