Fuwei Films Announces Results of 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
BEIJING, Oct. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: FFHL) ("Fuwei Films" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic films in China, today announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was held on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 9:00a.m. (Beijing Time) atTangla Beijing Hotel, No.19 Fuxingmenwai Street Chang'an Avenue West, Beijing, 10045, People's Republic of China.
Holders of 68.64% of the Company's outstanding shares, as of the record date, September 2, 2015, were present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting and approved the election of two director nominees -- Mr. Changrong Ji and Mr. Shan Jiang, and ratified the appointment of Kabani & Company, Inc. as the Company's independent auditing firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015.
