Cultural Council of Palm Beach County Receives Record 14 Florida Magazine Association Charlie Awards for art&culture Magazine
LAKE WORTH, Fla., Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Cultural Council of Palm Beach County has been awarded fourteen Charlie Awards in eleven categories from the Florida Magazine Association ("FMA"), for art&culture magazine -- a record showing for the Cultural Council.
The fourteen Charlie awards recognize art&culture for writing, online content and design. Among its honors, the Cultural Council received Best Visitor Publication for The Annual Cultural Guide 2015, a special edition of art&culture published in February. The Annual Cultural Guide 2015 is the source of information about the many cultural experiences Palm Beach County offers, as well as compelling content about the arts. The Council was awarded in the category of digital excellence for "Beauty in the Eyes of 2(nd) Grade Beholders," an online video where viewers follow Palm Beach Day Academy students as they explore Whitehall, the Gilded Age mansion at the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum.
