HBO Will Host Premiere Screening of the HBO Series "VICE" on March 4, 2015 With Special Guest VICE Founder and Host, Shane Smith


WHAT: The Washington, DC premiere of the HBO Series
"VICE."




The premiere of HBO's Emmy-winning news series,
VICE, features host Shane Smith as he travels to
Antarctica and boards NASA's Operate IceBridge
flight to investigate the instability of the West
Antarctic Ice Sheet, which has the capacity to
unleash enough water to remap the world as we know
it. Debuting on HBO on March 6, VICE takes viewers
around the globe to witness the world's most
pressing news stories often being overlooked by
traditional media outlets. Hosted by VICE Media
founder Shane Smith, the series is executive
produced by Bill Maher, Shane Smith, Eddy Moretti,
VICE's chief creative officer, and BJ Levin, with
CNN's Fareed Zakaria serving as consultant.




The dynamic news show VICE kicks off its 14-edition
third season FRIDAY, MARCH 6 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/
PT), with other new editions debuting subsequent
Fridays at the same time. HBO partners with VICE,
the revolutionary new media company, on the
Emmy(R)-winning weekly series.
