Women of Power TV Show Returns With a Special Women in Hollywood Episode
National, Network-Syndicated Weekly Series to Return with An Exclusive Interview with Selma's director Ava DuVernay
NEW YORK, Jan. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 17, 2015, Women of Power TV Show, will return with an exclusive and intimate interview with Selma director Ava DuVernay. The national network syndicated show will air every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in most markets on cable channel TV One (check local listings). This week's episode takes a look at Women in Hollywood and the contributions of their roles behind and in front of the cameras. Along with the cast of Selma, Lorraine Toussaint who portrayed Amelia Boynton Robinson, the oldest living civil rights activist to march in Selma, discussed her role in the film and her decision of bringing her 9 year old daughter on the film set.
Women of Power provides viewers with intimate, in-depth looks into the lives of some of the world's most accomplished women.
