MTV'S Sway Calloway available to talk about upcoming Grammy's, 2015 music and more

WHO: Sway Calloway - An icon of hip-hop culture and a pivotal part of the MTV News team, Sway has been a staple within music-news for more than a decade. Joining the MTV News team in 2000, he has been front and center for some of musics biggest moments and also is a radio personality on Sirius XM.


Sway, who has interviewed various political leaders like President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Ron Paul, John McCain and Mitt Romney, is an integral part of MTV News' annual live-event coverage of the MTV Video Music Awards, Grammy pre-show and the European Music Awards.


WHAT: Sway is in Chicago on MLK Day (Jan. 19) to celebrate and honor 1,500 Chicago Public Schools high school students, who qualified through the "Get Schooled, Get Connected Challenge" for the special VIP two-hour star-studded party with a cast of Chicago athletes and national entertainers. Get Schooled, a national non-profit organization funded by the Bill Gates Foundation, uses a unique approach to inspire thousands of students across the country to plan for their futures with celebrity-driven web content.
