Salem's Richard Trejo Retires After 37 Years in Radio

CAMARILLO, Calif., Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Salem Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SALM) announced today that Richard Trejo is retiring from Salem Communications at the end of December. He has managed KDAR-Oxnard during his 14 years with the company. Richard's radio career started in 1981 as an Account Executive with KUZZ FM / KKXX FM Bakersfield, CA. He went on to hold positions as GSM for Buck Owens Broadcasting, GM for The Park Lane Group, and General Manager at KDAR during his 37 yrs. in radio.

Richard's next job assignment? "Full time grandfathering to our 9 grandkids," he quipped.
