An estimated 15,000 young people will face homelessness this Christmas across the UK.
Christmas in a Box will enable visitors to Dune London's website and stores across the UK
to give a young person the gift of a better Christmas with an EYH charity.
The flat pack festive boxes, each costing GBP5, appear to be a traditionally wrapped
Christmas present but open to reveal a room decked out with stockings, a Christmas tree
and a short message explaining the difference their generous Christmas gift will make to a
young person's life. Sara and Colin have got behind the campaign tweeting a photo of
themselves with their own Christmas In a Box.
Colin, an ambassador for youth homelessness charity Centrepoint, a leading member of
EYH said: "Christmas in a Box is the perfect way to show you care this festive period.
It's a great little gift for your Secret Santa, or for the friend who has everything, and
will help ensure homeless young people have a better Christmas."
John Egan, CEO of Dune London said "It's frightening to think that 15,000 young people
face homelessness this Christmas. The very least they deserve is somewhere safe and warm
from where they can plan for the future. Please pop in to Dune or have a look online and
support Christmas in a Box. Picking up a box will ensure EYH charities can give young
people the support they need, wherever they are in the UK."
EYH, a movement of charities and businesses, supports over 14,000 homeless young
people across the UK each year. Dune was one of the first companies to sign up and support
the movement as a national partner and we are delighted that they are bringing the cause
to their customers through Christmas In a Box.
Founded, the creative agency responsible for the concept and creative development of
the campaign, undertook the activity as part of its Trust initiative. The Founded Trust
sees the London agency donate 5% of its time and resource to supporting social enterprise
and charitable causes.
Christmas in a Box is available in over 40 of Dune London's standalone stores (not
including concessions) from 29th November and aims to raise GBP25,000 for End Youth
Homelessness this Christmas.

Notes to Editors
About End Youth Homelessness
EYH is a national collaboration of charities, led by Centrepoint, who work directly
with over 14,000 vulnerable and homeless young people from across the UK. EYH gives a
national platform to some of the most vulnerable young people in society, and the
organisations who support them.
Through engaging with the business community on a national level, EYH enables
grassroots organisations to benefit from national partnership opportunities and to develop
much needed voluntary income to provide vital services to the young people that they
support.
While each EYH charity works independently, they all believe in providing homeless and
disadvantaged young people with an opportunity to turn their lives around, pursue their
dreams and aspirations and move on to success and independence.
