HSNi Cares Celebrates Ten Year Anniversary Of Supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --HSNi Cares, the philanthropic arm for parent company HSN, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSNI), announced today that it is partnering with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for the 10(th) consecutive year. HSNi Cares has raised nearly $9 million for St. Jude since 2005 and has set a goal to reach $10 million in cumulative giving upon the tenth anniversary of the partnership.

As part of the HSNi Cares' national campaign, customers of Ballard Designs, Chasing Fireflies, Frontgate, HSN, Garnet Hill, Grandin Road, Improvements and TravelSmith will be able to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital(®) by calling our customer service teams or donating online from November through December.

HSNi customers will also be able to help St. Jude provide cutting-edge treatment and pursue visionary research in the ongoing battle to end childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases through a number of ways, including:


-- Purchasing a Designer Ornament: HSN's 5th Annual HSN Cares 2014 heART
Designer Ornament Collection will include over 55 exclusive ornaments
personally designed by some of HSN's favorite personalities, including
Deborah Lippman, Fern Mallis, Giuliana Rancic, Hal Rubenstein, India
Hicks, Iris Apfel, RJ Graziano, and Vince Camuto. In addition, all HSNi
brands have an ornament in this collection and customers can purchase
the ornaments online. 100 percent of the profits will be donated to St.
Jude through January 31, 2015.

-- HSN Credit Card Donation on Giving Tuesday: HSN is proud to participate
in #GivingTuesday, a day defined by generosity. When customers make a
purchase with their HSN Credit Card on Tuesday, December 2, HSN will
donate 5 percent of the purchase price to St. Jude, up to $125,000. Chef
Miles McMath, Director of Culinary Operations at St. Jude, will appear
live on HSN Today on Giving Tuesday to share how he incorporates his
experiences for the benefit of the patients, families and employees at
St. Jude.

-- HSN Arcade: Starting on November 26, HSN will donate $5,000 to St. Jude
when 10 million HSN Arcade tickets are redeemed at HSN.com/Rewards
through December 25, 2014.



-- Spendable HSN Cash Promotion: When HSN customers donate $10 or more to
St. Jude on December 10, they will receive $10 in "HSN Cash" to spend
between January 1 - January 10, 2015.
