Jim Dolan Presents $100,000 Donation to the ALS Association

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Dolan, founder and frontman of JD & The Straight Shot, presents a donation of $100,000 to Dorine Gordon, President and CEO of the ALS Association Greater New York Chapter, at Madison Square Garden. Dolan made the donation to the ALS Association after 7,422 fans accepted his challenge to break the record for simultaneous kazoo playing. The record was set during a concert by Dolan's band, which opened for the Eagles at MSG on Sept. 18. Dolan is also Madison Square Garden Executive Chairman and Cablevision Systems Corporation CEO.
