Weber State University's Telitha E. Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities Announces Program and Musicians for 8th Annual Bonneville Chamber Music Festival
Event will feature world-class musicians along with special programs for families and children in Northern Utah
OGDEN, Utah, April 10, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Weber State University's Telitha E. Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities (http://www.weber.edu/cah) today announced the full program for the 8(th) annual Bonneville Chamber Music Festival scheduled for April 14(th), 16(th), 18(th) and 19(th) at 7:30 p.m. at the Val A. Browning Center. This year's festival will have a particular focus on families and children with the addition of a special concert for this particular audience. In addition, a new set of artists will be visiting this unique festival for the very first time.
"It is my intent each year to allow Northern Utah audiences to experience chamber music in new and innovative ways," said Viktor Uzur, Professor of Music at Weber State University and the Artistic Director for the Festival. "From Beethoven and Tchaikovsky to the modern arrangements and adaptations, our desire is to not only introduce new audiences to Chamber Music but expose those who already love it to new ways of experiencing it."
