The show will air Saturday, March 29(th) from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on News Talk WLOB 1310AM and will be live streamed at http://www.wlobradio.com. A podcast will be made available via iTunes and at http://www.tidesmartradio.com.

In the show's first hour, Janet Mills, Maine's Attorney General visited the studio to discuss important legislative issues facing Mainers. "It was a real honor to sit down with the attorney general," Woods said. "Her family has an incredible pedigree, having ties with many influential members of our government, including President Eisenhower and Maine's own Margaret Chase Smith."

Woods and Mills discussed how Maine's largest law office operates, and how as Maine's Attorney General and highest legal officer she felt when Governor Paul LePage recently said, "Tell her to sue me." In a brief overview of the situation where the Governor defied the attorney general's office to release a welfare study, Mills stated that, "my office was advocating for transparency and we advised him to release the contract and we are now satisfied that he released the report that was requested."

The two talked about the importance of women in business, politics, and sports. Woods stated that Mills is, "the first woman in the Criminal Division of the Attorney General's office, the first woman District Attorney in New England and one of the first in the country and both the first and second female attorney generals for the state of Maine." Woods asked for Mills' insight on how to inspire to get more women involved in all areas, being that she has broken down barriers.

Woods and Mills also discussed topics relative to the United States Supreme Court, including Citizen United. "To me, law is fascinating," said Woods, who is also President/CEO of TideSmart Global. "I'm a fan of government, the complexity, the foundation, and the Constitution. Democracy in itself is just brilliant."

Since launching TideSmart Talk with Stevoe more than one year ago, Woods has hosted more than 150 high-profile guests including famed attorney F. Lee Bailey, two-term Maine Governor John Baldacci, Swordfish Boat Captain Linda Greenlaw, Shipyard Brewing Company President Fred Forsley, U.S. Senator Angus King, longtime Maine broadcast journalist Bill Green, President of Bates College Clayton Spencer, Portland Sea Dogs Owner Bill Burke, U.S. Congressman Mike Michaud, Portland Mayor Michael Brennan, Vice President of Clinical Affairs at University of New England Dr. Dora Mills, Maine Senate President Justin Alfond and former congressman Tom Allen.
