Authors DC Johnson and Ron Rowan look to fulfill their dream by bringing their novel to life as a new animated movie through The Golden Movie Ticket Dream
LAS VEGAS, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- A new nationwide movie contest called "The Golden Movie Ticket Dream" announces the opening of auditions for 100+ parts. The contest is looking for people in America who would like to take part in the creation of the first animated movie using the country's undiscovered talent from everyday people. It's open to any person of any age from any state. The parts to be filled will help in the transformation of the novel "The Secret Of MeadowBrook Orphanage" into an animated movie.

Anybody living in the United States can do an online audition for a specific part, and audition for as many parts as they'd like. There is no experience, agent, or fee required to audition. Rowan said, "If a person can sing, dance, do voice-overs, draw landscapes or characters, write scenes, compose songs and/or narrate, they can audition for the movie."
50 of the 100+ movie parts will be awarded to at least one person in every state. A formerly known American Idol contestant has volunteered to sing in the movie, with one winner singing the theme song with Idol contestant. The contest's website describes the author's dream, contest rules, audition steps, tour map and fan page.
The authors, to promote the contest, are traveling throughout the country in an RV with their one year old daughter, Lilly, to inform the public about their dream that led to the inspiration of the contest. The authors participated in the Outback Bowl Parade in Florida. Johnson said they are touring to reach as many people as possible. "Everybody who wants to be involved with the movies deserves the chance to fulfill their dream," she said.
Movie contestant winners will be awarded their respective state's Golden Movie Ticket and play a part in the movie. Winners will be listed in the movie's credits and mentioned in the author's final book highlighting the contest that's currently known as "America's Movie: The Road To The Dream". Rowan said many contests have one winner, but there are going to be upwards of 100+ winners in this contest. "This is why we have coined the movie, 'America's Movie," Rowan said.
