LOS ANGELES, Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Main Street Films will be presenting the critically acclaimed film, "The Pin" on Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2 at the Sundance Cinemas Seattle followed by a Q&A with Writer/Director Naomi Jaye. "The Pin" (presented with English subtitles) is one of the only Yiddish narrative features to come out of North America in over six decades. The screening begins at 7:00 p.m. both nights. Q&A will immediately follow the film. Seating is limited and reservations are recommended.

"The Pin" premiered in New York and Los Angeles last week to critical acclaim with the New York Times calling Writer/Director Naomi Jaye's vision "contemplative" and "deeply felt," while hailing Milda Gecaite's performance as "a revelation."

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Naomi Jaye, "The Pin" tells a moving story of love and loss, and regret and redemption, set amidst the dark and turbulent times of World War II. "It was very important for me to create a film that is as authentic as possible and given the time and location of the story, Lithuania circa 1941, Yiddish was the only realistic option," said Naomi Jaye, Writer/Director.
