CARNEGIE, Pa., April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Join your host, Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Heath Miller, for a night of fun and fundraising at The Salvation Army and WTAE TV's 16th Annual Minigolf Classic. Come for an exclusive evening with Heath and several Steelers alumni on Thursday, May 30(th). Play along with celebrity guests from WTAE TV Channel 4 at the RMU Island Sports Center on Neville Island and enjoy food, photos, skill games, and a round of miniature golf. Peoples (PNG), a faithful supporter of Project Bundle-Up, is sponsoring the event again this year.
Registration begins at 5:30 pm. The event starts off with an exceptional tailgate-style dinner, followed by a round of celebrity minigolf, a sumptuous dessert buffet, tournament award presentation, and Chinese Auction. Participants will have a chance to win a Steelers prize basket. There will also be new games at the event: hole in one; closest to the pin; and a football throw. Tickets for games can be purchased at the event for $10 per game or $25 for all three games.
Two tiers of tickets are available. The Black & Gold Team Sponsor at $1,500, allows six players and provides participants with a custom black and gold cooler; dinner by Bart's Catering and Fine Foods, Inc.; a round of minigolf and the opportunity to putt with event host, Heath Miller, former Steelers Greats and WTAE-TV Channel 4 personality hosts; a professional photograph taken with Heath Miller for each team member in a keepsake folder; professional trophy for each member of the winning team; and a post minigolf dessert reception. The Individual Rookie sponsor pays $250 and receives all the benefits listed above as an individual.

There are many ways to support Project Bundle-Up. Children can help through Bounce for Bundle-Up in their local elementary school. Anyone can donate an item or services to the Annual Project Bundle-Up Auction. Groups or individuals can volunteer by shopping with children or seniors. Since its inception twenty-six years ago, The Salvation Army and WTAE TV's Project Bundle-Up has provided more than 236,000 disadvantaged Western Pennsylvanian children and senior citizens with new winter coats, hats, scarves, gloves, and boots.
