Responsible Use of Social Media Helps Loudoun County Sheriff Locate Fugitive, Make Arrest in Philadelphia

"After the Boston Marathon bombing, the irresponsible use of social media during the first 48 hours, before the facts were known, led to the misidentification of innocent persons as suspects.
