BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its major growth plan, iPic Entertainment recently signed a lease to build a new eight screen 560 seat luxury movie theater in Houston's River Oaks District, currently under development by OliverMcMillan and slated to open in 2014. Established in 2006 and headquartered in South Florida, iPic Theaters has grown to nine locations with 67 screens in seven states over the last five years. iPic prides itself on a strategic approach towards delivering an "affordable luxury experience" in the cinema marketplace.

Premium seat ticketholders can relax in large, plush leather seats and may purchase their food and beverage direct from Tanzy Express and carry into the theater to enjoy at their seat. Premium-Plus seating features reclining, oversized leather chairs, pillows and blankets, and individual service-call buttons that summon ninja-like servers to deliver signature dishes or hand-crafted cocktails from Tanzy Express.
