Williamsburg Park is the newest in a progression of great outdoor concert spaces that began with McCarren Park Pool and continued at the Williamsburg Waterfront. The new concert and recreation space is located at North 12(th) Street and Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Confirmed acts include GOTYE, COUNTING CROWS, CAKE, JANE'S ADDICTION, MY MORNING JACKET, SUBLIME, ANIMAL COLLECTIVE, DAVID BYRNE, ST VINCENT and the reunited Swedish punk group REFUSED, among many others.
"We are thrilled to team up with OSA at Williamsburg Park this summer," said Steve Birkhold President and CEO of LACOSTE USA. "LACOSTE L!VE reflects the impact and importance of cultural trends such as music on fashion, so New York City was the obvious next move. This partnership allows the LACOSTE L!VE brand to engage the younger, fashion-conscious Brooklyn consumer in an organic way. The Concert Series will deliver a LACOSTE L!VE brand experience for music-loving tastemakers and fashion influencers in a cool, unique and unexpected environment."
LACOSTE L!VE will park its eco-friendly Pop-Up shop on-site at the series through the summer. The unfolding, sustainable "container" store, which made its debut at the Coachella Music Festival in April, will offer music-loving tastemakers an exclusive shopping experience featuring men's and women's apparel and accessories. Guests will be invited to browse product offerings, sample tunes at an interactive listening station, and enjoy cotton candy that color-coordinates with the brand's iconic polos.

About LACOSTE L!VE
LACOSTE L!VE is the younger-minded, fashion-conscious crocodile featuring a bright red exclamation point. That signature '!', which replaces the I in L!VE as well as is juxtaposed to the crocodile logo, asserts the segment's uniqueness, its difference and its identity. LACOSTE L!VE is very much a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic LACOSTE codes and DNA, destined for an audience who refuses to compromise on look, quality or cut. LACOSTE L!VE is about optimism and movement, a directional line focused on clothing and footwear that forges ahead while respecting its roots. LACOSTE L!VE also pays tribute to the impact and importance of cultural trends such as music on fashion.
