The Pop-Tarts® brand has been bringing fun and excitement to fans for decades with delicious flavors, frosting and sprinkles. It is that spirit that inspired the Pop-Tarts(TM) Pop It Forward Contest that asked the question: "What would you do with one million Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries?" Throughout the fall, thousands of entrants logged on to the Pop-Tarts® Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/kelloggspoptarts) for a chance to win the Grand Prize of one million Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries.

Kozar, a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, was selected as the grand prize winner for his idea to create Pop-Tarts® Pop Art for the students and public to enjoy. By using the wrappers and boxes of one million Pop-Tarts®, Kozar hopes to inspire the community and share the toaster pastries with visitors who come to view the one-of-a-kind art. As a finalist, he received a trip to New York City where the winning announcement was made at Pop-Tarts World(TM) in Times Square by teen music sensation, Cody Simpson. Simpson also performed a special concert at Pop-Tarts World(TM) for 150 Pop-Tarts® fans. For the enjoyment of fans around the world, Simpson's concert will also be re-broadcast on http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/kelloggspoptarts starting December 16.

"It was so much fun to review the great ideas from our fans for what they would do with 1,000; 100,000 or one million Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries," said Pop-Tarts® Senior Brand Manager, Zena Arnold. "We're thrilled with creativity of the responses we received and look forward to seeing Tyler's grand prize-winning idea come to life."
