NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Terrie Williams Agency is pleased to announce that noted executive producer, philanthropist and long-time board member of its non-profit arm (Stay Strong Foundation), Regina Kulik Scully's landmark documentary, BOYHOOD SHADOWS, "I Swore I'd Never Tell," was distributed to males participants that courageously came forward and talked about being molested on the upcoming 2-day Oprah Winfrey Show Event: 200 Males Who Were Molested Come Forward scheduled to air on Friday, November 5 and Friday, November 12.

The Oprah Winfrey Show is dedicating a two-part episode, airing Friday, November 5th and Friday, November 12th, about shattering the stigma of childhood molestation. Tyler Perry, who bravely shared his own testimony of child molestation on a previous episode -- Wednesday, October 20th, returns to the show with 200 male survivors who stepped forward and spoke out for the first time about their own childhood sexual abuse. Fathers, husbands, and sons share their anguish about hiding their pain, and the many ways their abuse has impacted their lives and their relationships. After the taping of the show, which will air on November 5, Oprah producers gave copies of BOYHOOD SHADOWS to their studio audience and the male survivors who dealt with this traumatic experience.

Regina knows first hand the devastating effect childhood molestation has on young men. Glenn Kulik, Regina's brother, Glenn Kulik's brother is one of the rape survivors highlighted in BOYHOOD SHADOWS: "I Swore I'd Never Tell."

The film, first released by Landmark Media in 2008, pulls back the dark curtain to uncover the raw truth about childhood molestation committed against young boys in America. Glenn shares his painful journey as a happy and innocent child from a loving upper middle class family, to years of drug and alcohol abuse and the addictions he fell into by age 12 -- trying to escape the shame he felt after having been molested by the uncle of his best friend at the age of 10. The film chronicles the life long trauma that he has endured throughout his life including a suicide attempt, shattered family relations and chronic health issues. The film also inspires hope and growing awareness for other survivors and family members. Boyhood Shadows was written and directed by Steve Rosen and Terri DeBono.

Boyhood Shadows Project works with a variety of schools, veteran groups, prisons, therapeutic and treatment facilities and recovery organizations to create programs of awareness and healing within these communities.
