(Pink Sheets: GRBG) is pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary, ZAP Industries, Inc., has signed a Direct Response Television (DRTV) Marketing agreement with Media Corp, LLC for its ZAP(TM) product line. As part of the agreement, Media Corp will produce a two-minute direct response commercial featuring the Company's ZAP(TM) Stain Remover Pen and ZAP(TM) Hand Sanitizing Spray. In addition, the ZAP(TM) products will also be highlighted on Media Corp's website, www.media-corp.com, with a splash page including the commercial and product description.

The DRTV marketing campaign is intended to create the "As Seen on TV" branding for the ZAP(TM) product line that can lead to placement in catalogs, shopping networks and retail stores. Media Corp has run successful DRTV campaigns for well-known products such as the GPS Pal(TM) (As Seen on the TV show Pitchmen), QuikStrip(TM), JupiterJack(TM) and Windshield Wonder(TM) amongst others.
