WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Azteca America television network is proud to feature U.S. Congressman Luis Gutierrez on this week's broadcast of "Issues: Caras y Voces," hosted by veteran Latino journalist Armando Guzman.

Congressman Gutierrez has served eight terms in the U.S. Congress as a representative from Illinois. He was the first Latino to be elected to Congress from the Midwest and has been very active on immigration issues, especially those affecting the Latino community.
