Nick Cannon to Host Morning Drive on 92.3 NOW, New York's Hit Music Channel

Beginning Tuesday, January 19, the Multi-Talented and Award-Winning Actor, Comedian, Musician, Screenwriter, Producer and Business Mogul Adds Morning Radio Host to his Expanding Resume

NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- CBS RADIO's 92.3 NOW (WXRK-FM) in New York today announced the welcome addition of the multi-talented Nick Cannon as the station's morning drive host, weekdays from 6:00-10:00 AM, ET. Beginning on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, Cannon will be heard on-air, online at http://923now.com/ and through a variety of mobile devices including the iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry and Zune. The four-hour program anchored by Cannon will feature a mix of the most popular music, celebrity interviews, and pop culture and lifestyle discussions.

The San Diego native is well-known for his success in various entertainment fields and is currently the host of the hit NBC show, "America's Got Talent." He has starred in such films as "Drumline," "Garfield: The Movie," "Shall We Dance," "Roll Bounce," "Bobby" and "Underclassman," which he also executive produced. Cannon was a writer and an actor for Nickelodeon's hit show "All That," starred, directed and executive produced "The Nick Cannon Show," and had his own improv comedy show on MTV, "Nick Cannon Presents Wild N Out."

In addition, Cannon released his own self-titled debut album in 2003 and has collaborated with a host of musicians such as Kanye West, Diddy, Mary J. Blige and Will Smith, among others, on soundtracks and special projects.

Cannon recently launched his own multi-media company called NCredible Entertainment, which has several TV shows and films in development, and an expanding music label with rising artists such as the School Gyrls, Corey Gunz and RydazNRtist to name a few.
