FiOS TV Video On Demand Offers Hundreds of Howcast Instructional Videos
NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- With the start of fall, Verizon FiOS TV subscribers can learn all they need to know to prepare for a wide range of autumn activities and ailments, with high-definition how-to videos from Howcast. From planning for campouts to tips for avoiding the flu, Howcast on FiOS TV Video on Demand (VOD) provides expert tips to help viewers with all of their seasonal needs.
FiOS TV subscribers can get information about the basics of camping, with a series of Howcast videos now available. Topics include how to set up a campsite, build a campfire and assemble a tent. Howcast also provides help for preparing typical camping fare, with videos including "How to Cook Seven Simple Recipes Over a Campfire," "How to Roast the Ultimate Marshmallows," and "How to Make S'mores." And just in case campers encounter outdoor hazards such as insects, snakes and poisonous plants, there are videos on how to treat a snakebite and poison ivy, and how to repel ticks naturally.
Other fall videos now available from Howcast for FiOS TV subscribers cover how to set up a hayride and how to make a scarecrow.
