Singing Machine Announces Trading on Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board

COCONUT CREEK, Fla., July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Singing Machine Company, Inc. ("Singing Machine" or the "Company") (BULLETIN BOARD: SMDM) proudly announces that effective July 7, 2009 the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has approved the Company's common stock for quotation on the over-the-counter bulletin board ("OTCBB"). The Company's new stock ticker on the OTC will be SMDM.
