MEDIA ALERT: WTIA and Xconomy Team up to Host Annual Summer Celebration & Battle of the Tech Bands

SEATTLE, Wash., July 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Washington Technology Industry Association:

What: The Washington Technology Industry Association (www.washingtontechnology.org) is throwing its annual summer bash. This year, we've teamed up with Xconomy (www.xconomy.com) to produce Seattle's first-ever "Battle of the Tech bands." Join us for a casual evening of networking, eating, drinking and listening to some great local bands.

Register online through July 29 at www.washingtontechnology.org. The cost is $35 (WTIA members can register for a discounted rate of $30). Onsite registration is also available for $40 (WTIA members can register for a discounted rate of $35). Raffle proceeds will go to Technology Access Foundation and Jack Straw Productions. The charitable partners will be splitting the proceeds from raffle prize money.

If your organization would like to support the event to save money and gain recognition on WTIA's Web site, buy 20 tickets for $500 (savings of $10/ticket) and have your name featured on the event page as an Event Supporter!
