What: HBO in partnership with the Atlanta Press Club (APC) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Georgia Chapter will host the Atlanta premiere of the HBO Documentary Film SHOUTING FIRE: STORIES FROM THE EDGE OF FREE SPEECH at an invitation-only screening.
Attorney Martin Garbus, trial lawyer and author of 6 books on the Supreme Court and constitutional law; Ed Bean, APC President; and Mike Neumeier, PRSA Georgia President, will participate in a discussion and take audience questions.
Who: Emmy(R) winner and Oscar(R) nominee Liz Garbus, who produced and directed the film, and her father, First Amendment attorney Martin Garbus, will attend.

In the film Martin Garbus shares his personal perspective and guides us, with the help of First Amendment experts from both the right and the left, through the various challenges to free speech that have dotted our nation's history - from the Alien and Sedition Acts, to the McCarthy Hearings, to the Pentagon Papers case.
