Greg Warren's 'One Star Wonder' Album to Be Digitally Released by COMEDY CENTRAL Records(R) on June 23

NEW YORK, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Comedian Greg Warren comes to COMEDY CENTRAL Records with his new full length, digital-only album, "One Star Wonder" will be released on June 23. Recorded at the Denver Comedy Works, the album features the hits from Warren's previous self-released CDs, including "Flute Man" and his trademark "One Star People" observations, as well as new material such as a segment entitled "West Point" in which Warren recounts his year as a failed cadet at The United States Military Academy.

Warren has been building a strong fan base around the country with his act, inspired by stories from his Midwestern upbringing. Warren, who hails from St. Louis, MO, has captivated audiences with anecdotes about the conflict inherent in meshing two high school identities -- varsity wrestler and band geek. He performed at the prestigious "Just for Laughs Festival" in Montreal in 2002 as one of their featured "New Faces of Comedy" and his credits include "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," "Last Comic Standing," COMEDY CENTRAL's "Premium Blend" and his own "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents," as well as appearances on CMT and BET. Greg is also a favorite on the nationally syndicated "Bob and Tom" radio show, which led him to tour theaters across the country with the "The Bob and Tom Comedy All Stars Tour."

Previously released recordings by COMEDY CENTRAL Records include: Dane Cook's "ISolated INcident," Cook's platinum-selling "Harmful If Swallowed" and double-platinum "Retaliation," Mitch Hedberg's "Do You Believe in Gosh?," Grammy Award-winning, "Lewis Black: The Carnegie Hall Performance," Grammy Award nominees' Steven Wright's "I Still Have A Pony" and George Lopez's "American's Mexican," Joe Rogan's "Shiny Happy Jihad," Christopher Titus's "5th Annual End Of The World Tour," Norm MacDonald's "Ridiculous," Demetri Martin's "These Are Jokes," "Jim Gaffigan: Beyond The Pale," Mike Birbiglia's "My Secret Public Journal Live," D.L. Hughley's "Notes From The GED Section," and "Strategic Grill Locations" and Dave Attell's "Skanks For The Memories."

COMEDY CENTRAL, the only all-comedy network, currently is seen in more than 95 million homes nationwide. COMEDY CENTRAL is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of VIACOM Inc.'s (NYSE:VIA)(NYSE:and)(NYSE:VIA.B) MTV Networks.
