Mix Nashville 2009 Panelists Announced
Expert Talent to Discuss Studio Production, Live Sound and The Making of a Hit; Discounted Early Bird Registration to Open April 13
EMERYVILLE, Calif., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Mix magazine announced expert industry panelists for its second annual pro audio workshop and showcase, Mix Nashville, to be held May 19-20 at Soundcheck Nashville. Grammy-winning engineer Chuck Ainlay, veteran producer Csaba Petocz, Paragon Studios owner Fred Paragano and in-demand engineers Bill VornDick and Shane Wilson will feature prominently in the event's exclusive expert panel series.
This year's panel topics include "Little Money, Big Sound," "Wireless Issues in the New Age," "Live 'In Studio' Tracking" and the ever-popular "Anatomy of a Hit." The panels will give attendees a rare inside look inside at both the creative and technical processes of some of Nashville's most influential studio professionals.
The event will again be hosted at Soundcheck Nashville, widely acknowledged as one of the nation's premier rehearsal spaces. Manufacturer partners will outfit their rooms with the latest technologies and provide workshop-type master classes as well as hands-on product. All rooms are outfitted with Meyer Sound playback systems to ensure quality audio.
