Sinclair Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend Of $0.20 Per Share

BALTIMORE, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBGI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividends are payable on January 13, 2009, to the holders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2008. The common stock will trade ex-dividend on December 29, 2008.
